Kenney Class

Hello my lovely class,

We are missing you all already! We hope you are all well and still smiling smiley. We will be updating this page daily with lessons that you can access at home. We know that things are a little different at the moment but we need to focus on all of the positives. You have extra time to practise all the things that you love, art, music, football tricks in your garden! You can spend time with your family without rushing around all day, bake a cake, watch movies, the list is endless.

Please contact us on kenney.woodhouses@gmail.com  if you have any problems.  It would also be lovely to see pictures of you all and how you are spending your days!

You are all amazing.

Please, please, please keep reading. It is so important to spend some time each day reading and doing key skills such as spelling and times tables.

Each day there will be tasks set for you to try at home. Please don't worry if you need help; we can answer any questions over email. You may have things you want to learn that we haven't suggested and that is absolutely fine.

You will find your daily tasks above with any resources that are needed. We will leave tasks up for a week so that you have time to catch up if you fall behind for any reason.

Woodhouses and St Martin's are now sharing online learning.

Here is the link to the resources, lessons and activities on the St Martin's website.

Remember to share your learning with your teacher at Woodhouses.

Week One Home Learning Gallery

Thank you for your emails and lovely pictures that have been sent in this week. It is so great to hear from you and to know that you are well and doing a great job with your home learning tasks. We are so proud of you all. Some of the pictures show children completing some of the tasks set, and learning some new, important skills! Well done!

Keep up the great work and stay safe!

Home Reading

We hope you are completing lots of reading at home. Please can we ask that if you have read a book, you could send a book review in? Also, if you have a picture of you reading the book we would love to share with your classmates what you are reading. Let's see how many books Class Kenney can read.

Maths Learning

Each day, you will find a maths task in the daily task section. However, if you would like to try some more maths, there are links below which will take you to a website which has video tutorials and resources. These will be different tasks to what you are doing currently, but these will be a great benefit to you if you are able to complete them.
