Anti-bullying week 2025
Anti-Bullying Week 2025
This week, our school proudly celebrated Anti-Bullying Week, focusing on this year’s theme: “The Power of Good.” Children explored how even small positive actions can make a big difference, taking part in meaningful class discussions and activities that encouraged kindness, empathy, and standing up for others. We also discussed the importance of speaking up and sharing any worries we may have about ourselves, or others.
We had a whole-school assembly led by Mrs Woodward, who spoke about how every one of us has the power to make our school a happier, safer place through good choices and caring behaviour.
Our School Council also helped bring the theme to life by leading a variety of activities in the playground at lunchtime. Their games and challenges encouraged teamwork, inclusion, and friendship, showing how the “power of good” can shine in everything we do.
It was an inspiring week that reminded us all that kindness is powerful, and that together, we can help make our school a place where everyone feels valued and supported.
